How long do your marshmallows stay fresh?
Our marshmallows are best enjoyed within 8 weeks of arrival. To maintain their fluffy texture, keep them stored in a cool, dry place inside their original airtight packaging.
Are your marshmallows gluten-free and dairy-free?
Most of our signature flavors are gluten-free; however, some specialty flavors containing cookies or cake pieces may contain gluten. While our base recipe is dairy-free, we process all treats in a facility that handles dairy, nuts, and soy.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our marshmallows are made fresh to order, please allow 2-4 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our gourmet marshmallows within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries soon.
Can I place a custom order for events or weddings?
Absolutely! We love being part of your special day. We offer custom colors, flavors, and individual packaging for weddings, corporate events, and parties. Please contact our events team via the contact form.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
